I have an acknowledgment form that I came up with. I will be sending this the meeting tomorrow to try and get it approved. I know no one will sign it but I want the thought out there. How can I post on here for all to see?

Now that is something that state C.O.’s can do. You are correct, safety of employees is a mandatory bargaining issue. 288.150

How can they vote to force us to get the vaccine if we currently have a CBA doesn’t this have to be negotiated. Are we considering seeking legal action against the state if they attempt to force this.

Well brother, the collective bargaining agreement is AFSCME’s arena. We do not have any standing to file or negotiate on behalf of state C.O.’s.
